#Tweetgasm v1.10 – Pretty in Pink Pride Pre-Party!
Last night was the monthly gathering of cool kids from Toronto on Twitter. Not all of the cool kids, but a bunch of them.
If you’ve never hit a #Tweetgasm at the Gladstone you should pencil it in. It’s the awesome. People are smiling and happy and there’s music and people are having drinks and dinner and you never know what might happen.
Last night @photojunkie – with the help of Crumpler Canada (@CrumplerCanada) went above and beyond! We were all invited to a pink party as a precursor to Pride week and the turnout was fantastic. There were pink shirts, pink skirts and pink socks. The room was bring and vibrant and a great place to be.
Add 50 pink balloons (that perfectly matched the shade of my shirt) and the room was about as pink as any room I’ve ever been in – ever.
Crumpler Canada was cool enough to give away some sweet swag throughout the evening. There were camera cases, phone cases, a netbook case, a perfect pink purse, a laptop bag and a huge duffel bag. These cats have it going on.
I did not win a prize this month – but that’s okay. I’ve been a lucky dude in the past and I have a feeling I’ll be a lucky dude again in the future.
Before the party got super hot @Bizaaron and @pshag were rocking some vlog content and I got to jump in. I hope that I got the information right that I was throwing out off the top of my head… if I didn’t hopefully we can get it straightened up pretty quickly! (I come in at 2:10ish)
