Eco-Everything At The Toronto Green Living Show 2013
The 2013 Toronto Green Living Show is now on and ready for you at the Direct Energy Centre!
This year’s The Green Living Show is North America’s largest consumer show dedicated to simple solutions for leading a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. The 3 day show will feature influential speakers, innovative products, educational demonstrations and fun activities for the entire family. And with over 400 companies offering automotive/innovative technology, health, beauty, fashion, baby and home products and services there is sure to be something that fits your life that will turn your head.
Like all shows at the Direct Energy Centre, the Green Living Show has a ton of space and manages to use all of it. There are a lot of home improvement and power options to look at if you’re looking into renovations and want to keep things green. And this year there also seems to be a larger number of personal health and wellness booths for all your YOU needs.
Note: Watching a woman try to lead a children’s yoga class made me question my thoughts of coaching kids sports.
I also stopped by the Ford Canada booth to see some great cars and congratulate some folks on winning the Canadian Green Car Award for the Fusion! And also, thanks for Ford Canada for something awesome coming up tonight.
I got in early in the day so I didn’t hit up the food and wine booths – but there were some brave souls getting in for some eats and I’m sure the wine will be flowing later! If you have a chance to get there – buy some tickets and get something awesome to eat and drink. You will not regret it, I’ve never eaten anything not super tasty from the show.
Note: Bring an old piece of electronics and get a free ticket from the Samsung team. It’s a great way to recycle and see the show at the same time.
