WayHome 2017 Preview: PUP Top 10
WayHome 2017 is coming, and I can hardly wait to see PUP hit the stage on Saturday!
I sit here wondering how I’ve managed to not see this band live yet?! They’ve played NXNE, CMW, Vans Warped Tour, SXSW. They’ve been recognized by Rolling Stone, The Polaris Music Prize, Billboard, SOCAN, Juno Awards, CBC radio and more! They’ve toured with Hollerado, The Zolas, The Menzingers and The Hives and now the Toronto band will play for us at WayHome.
The four-piece band is Stefan Babcock on guitar and lead vocals, Nester Chumak on bass and backup vocals, Zack Mykula on drums and backing vocals and Steve Sladkowski on guitar and backing vocals. They’ve been friends since elementary school and you can’t beat that kind of connection.
What can you expect from a live PUP show? Fun, raucous fun. I’m ready, are you?
