UPDATE, April 3, 2018: Kip Moore has been officially announced as the Sunday, June 10 co-headliner!
As a multi-genre festival, Sound of Music has been known to include everything from rock and roll to blues, jazz, folk, and more. They also have a strong reputation for supporting and presenting country music on stage at Burlington’s beautiful waterfront.
The 2018 festival lineup is starting to take shape with more artist announcements having been released. And the country music lineup for Sunday, June 10, has been released for fans to take in and start planning for their trip to Burlington.
So far six names have been announced for country day with the potential mystery of a big name headliner to be added based on the row of question marks on the image shared on Thursday.
Note: Other artists already announced for the festival include Simple Plan, The All-American Rejects, Everclear, Eve 6, Sublime with Rome who will perform on Saturday, June 9.
The lineup for Burlington’s Sound of Music Festival will continue to grow, with tons of artists still to come. So, check out the country names we’ve got so far, and be ready for more announcements as we get closer to the June 9 to 17 festival.

Coming off of a Canadian tour that has wrapped in Ontario, and moves west to Manitoba, Alberta, and BC in May, Moore will be ready to light it up in Burlington. We saw one of the Toronto shows on the Plead The Fifth Tour, and can tell you that if Kip Moore and his band put on the kind of show we saw at The Danforth Music Hall, a lot of country music fans are going to have a great night.
