Heavy Montreal 2018 Festival Lineup and Ticket Info
In our quest for an additional summer festival, we present to you, Heavy Montreal.
Returning after taking a one-year pause, the two-day heavy metal/hard rock festival returns to Montreal’s Parc Jean-Drapeau. In addition, there are performances at additional venues across the city.
Heavy Montreal is one of the world’s largest heavy metal festivals in the world and attendance comes in around 70,000 people. 2018 headliners include Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie, and Marilyn Manson. Other bands on our radar include Kitchener natives Helix, Hollywood Undead, Ratt, The Black Dahlia Murder and Voivod.
Regular weekend passes (general admission) are $165 with the Gold weekend pass running $300. The Gold passes include access to the Casino de Montréal GOLD PLATFORM, an exclusive viewing area with a premium view of the main stage. Also included with Gold passes is access to private washrooms and exclusive food & beverage stands at the Casino de Montréal GOLD PLATFORM. If you’ve ever done the VIP treatment, you know the washroom upgrade is unbeatable! In addition, there are also single day passes available, general admission are $95 and Gold day passes are $165.
If you want to go for more, you can pick up a Weekend Warrior pass which includes admission to Punk Festival, ’77 Montreal on Friday the 27th. General admission is $210, and Gold level passes are $320.
