Dashboard Confessional Live at the 2019 Calgary Stampede [Coca-Cola Stage]

Dashboard Confessional Calgary Stampede 2019

The Coca-Cola Stage was loud with rock and nostalgia on Sunday night when Dashboard Confessional plugged in at the 2019 Calgary Stampede.

With a long list of hits and fan favourites and an amazing beard/haircut combo – Chris Carrabba took centre stage and wowed the Calgary crowd. It’s been almost 20 years since Dashboard’s debut album, The Swiss Army Romance, (which might feel like a long time) but they are still talented, enthusiastic, and they’ve still got it when they take the stage. And whether it’s Screaming Infidelities or Vindicated, there’s more than enough nostalgia to bring the crowd to a roar.

“Thank you Dashboard Confessional for singing the soundtrack to our high school days at the Calgary Stampede” – Sydney Butters

You can see from Sydney’s photos that Carrabba and the band were ready with energy right from the start of the show.

As part of a long list of great artists scheduled to play on the Coca-Cola Stage during the 2019 Stampede, Dashboard Confessional was a fantastic way to wrap up the first weekend.

We can add this show to our experience of watching and singing along with Dashboard Confessional at WayHome 2017 – and tell you that when you get the chance, you should see the band live.

Trust us.
