Jack Johnson has been announced as the first headliner for London’s Start.ca’s Rocks The Park 2020 on July 15th.
Johnson grew up on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii has been playing the guitar since the age for 14. Besides being a fantastic singer-songwriter, Johnson has also been involved in surf movies.
Rounding out the news, Vance Joy and Andy Shauf will also be on the bill for Wednesday. If you’re looking to start the most chill lineup around, this is the perfect way to start. Expect more amazing acts to be announced before the festival.
We’ve seen Vance Joy on multiple occasions, and we loved Andy Shauf’s set at WayHome. Adding Jack Johnson to the top of this list is the cherry on top. I’ve been a fan since 2003, but I’ve yet to see him perform in person. I think 2020 might be the year!
