Mariposa Folk Festival Lineup and Ticket Announcement
Today Mariposa Folk Festival announced the first wave of artists for their 2022 festival.
Mavis Staples, Serena Ryder, Lennon Stella, JP Saxe, Allison Russell, Kathleen Edwards, Blackie and The Rodeo Kings, Logan Staats, The Fretless, and many more to be announced!
The Festival, founded in 1961, returns to Orillia’s Tudhope Park from July 8-10, 2022.

The 2022 lineup includes Mavis Staples, Serena Ryder, Lennon Stella, JP Saxe, Allison Russell, Kathleen Edwards, Blackie & the Rodeo Kings, Andrew Waite, Aysanabee, Celeigh Cardinal, Charlie Cunningham, Dala, Dwayne Gretzky, Harrow Fair, Ian Sherwood, Irish Mythen, James Keelaghan, Jane’s Party, John Craigie, Kellie Loder, Le Ren, Leyla McCalla, Lido Pimienta, Logan Staats, Marla & David Celia, Moscow Apartment, Reuben & the Dark, Ruby Waters, Rup Loops, Sarah Hagen, Stephen Lewis & the Big Band of Fun, Tami Neilson, The Arrogant Worms, The Fretless, The Pairs, The Small Glories, The Weather Station, Vinta, Youngtree & the Blooms, and Zaki Ibrahim. Spanning three days, Mariposa Folk Festival features more than ten stages of top folk-roots music, along with presentations of story, dance, and craft.

Mariposa Folk Festival has been offering up wonderful entertainment and programming for over 60 celebrated years. The festival is a celebration of song, story, dance and craft, and so much more. Taking place in a beautiful lakeside setting, Mariposa features some of the most renowned artists on the North American and international scenes, as well as emerging artists for you to discover. It is a 3-day getaway with 100+ performances on 11 stages. For those camping at Mariposa, the fun starts the day before the festival opens and finishes the day after it closes. If you’ve never been to Mariposa, this should be the year you embrace this festival.
