IT’S HERE – NXNE 2011

What up kids?

Just a quick stop in. I’m still in the office on Thursday afternoon, but I am having trouble concentrating on anything because I have my North by Northeast wristband sitting right beside me.

Tonight starts my NXNE 2011 experience with shows and crowds and cheering and perhaps a beverage and a late night and work in the morning. It’s going to be awesome – except for the early morning.

Note: There will be lots of coffee to get me through the workday tomorrow.

My schedule for the weekend is still way up in the air. There are a few shows that we put stars beside in the NOW Magazine guide – Bobby Bazini, Sweet Thing, Anti-Flag and more that I can’t think of off the top of my head.

Those first 2 names put me at The Rivoli tonight. So if you’re in the area or in the club say hi for cryin’ out loud. I’ll give you a high five.

Note: Downtown Toronto is going to be crazy for the next few days. Be patient when you are walking, biking or driving. Most importantly, be safe!

Congrats to Dan Levy and De0mona for winning their NXNE wristbands in the contest. I was happy to give them away!
