NFL Divisional Playoff Weekend – Picking Playoff Winners!

Tebow Time vs Pretty Boy Brady

Hey kids, it’s playoff weekend 2 and I’m back for more punishment.

Last week I was 2-2 with my picks thanks to Tebow Time. Ugh. Worst.

This week I’m taking an underdog, a road fav and 2 home teams.

Check it out!

Game 1:
Saturday 4:30pm
New Orleans Saints at San Francisco 49ers
Pick: Saints

Who Dat?! Drew Brees is running the hottest team in the NFL. They are on fire and on a track straight to the Conference title game. I’m not sure they will win it. But if they do I don’t think they’ll be beat. 1st things first, beat the 49ers in San Fran. The D has been good by the bay, but Brees is better. Game to the Saints.

Game 2:
Saturday 8:00pm
Denver Broncos at New England Patriots
Pick: Patriots

Tim Tebow. Wow. Amazed. Shocked. Over. Sorry Broncos, the run ends here. The season was tantilizing and the wins were inspired but now you get the Patriots at home. And while they are faulted, they are still the better team. I don’t like you Tom Brady, but you’re moving on.

Game 3:
Sunday 1:00pm
Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens
Pick: Texans

This is an upset special. I don’t like Joe Flacco. I think he’s a bum. In fact, I’ve never like the Ravens. So picking the Texans may be more emotional than smart… and that’s dangerous. However, I’ll take the rookie QB (Yates) against an aging D in Baltimore. Good luck Texans.

Game 4:
Sunday 4:30pm
New York Giants at Green Bay Packers
Pick: Packers

The Packers are the 2nd hottest team in the league right now behind the Saints. They’re also the defending champs. Aaron Rodgers is also a very deserving MVP candidate. And then on the other side you have a great 4 man rush for the Giants. You have Eli “The Comeback Kid” Manning taking snaps. And you have the potential for a great game. I’m taking the champs and Rodgers to move on. Their offense is so good that I think they can beat the Giants rush and hold them down.

There you have it. My expert picks for Divisional Playoff Weekend. Here’s hoping I’m right and you are too!

Good luck. Be Awesome.
