2018 Big Valley Jamboree Full Lineup Announcement
The Big Valley Jamboree has announced its full lineup for the 2018 festival, and it’s looking good!
With strong headliners, and a ton of Canadian country music talent in the mix, BVJ is set to be a good time from August 2 – 5. Heck, with 27 acts on the schedule, it might be an overload for fans making the trip to Camrose, Alberta.
Just before Christmas we gave a preview of the names that had been announced for the Big Valley Jamboree to that point, and even then we knew that it was going to be an exciting weekend of music and entertainment. And now, that we’ve seen George Canyon, Patricia Conroy, Andrew Hyatt, The Abrams, Ken Stead, Kalsey Kulyk, Sykamore, and Kristy Lee Akers added to the lineup, we’re certain it’s going to be a jam!
One of the highlights, aside from the individual performances that fans are sure to enjoy, is the sheer amount of Canadian country artists headed to BVJ 2018. 19 of the 27 acts on the bill are homegrown, for a whopping 70% of the total.
It’s awesome to see a spotlight being put on the country music from here at home, and it’s fantastic to know that thousands of country music fans will be singing along to hits and fan favourites alike.
