Simple, Florida Georgia Line at Boots & Hearts 2018
For the second time in their career, Florida Georgia Line came north to Boots & Hearts and headlined the show. And they showed everyone at B&H 2018 that they were the right choice again!
Tyler and BK turned up and turned out, leading tens of thousands of country music fans through their set full of hits and fan favourites. It was loud, it was energetic, it had surprises and special moments. It was everything we were hoping for from the country music superstars.
As we got closer to showtime, the crowd near the stage grew. People came in over the hill, made their way towards the stage, and filled every available space. At the front they crowded in, further back they relaxed on the grass, and everywhere, they got excited. And after the waiting, when the band started playing, and Florida Georgia Line took to the stage, they erupted.
From the start of the set to the end of the encore, we heard a collection of massive hits and fan favourites. The boys and the B&H faithful sang together most of the night and when we got to songs like Dirt and H.O.L.Y., the crowd did their best to carry the load.
Throughout the set we could see girls on shoulders, enthusiastic dancing by fans of all ages, and a whole lot of happy faces. Big hits like Anything Goes, Round Here, Get Your Shine On, and This Is How We Roll all received awesome reactions. And special appearances by Russell Dickerson on Sun Daze, and Dallas Smith on Up Down were the perfect cherry on top!
Florida Georgia Line have become one of the hottest acts in music on the radio and on stage. On Friday night at Boots & Hearts 2018, they reminded us all that their success is well earned and deserved. These guys know what they’re doing, they’ve got the goods, and they know how to have a great time doing what they do.
Here’s hoping they’ll come back from another turn headlining at Boots & Hearts in the future!
