We’re coming up on the three-month countdown to Roxodus Music Fest this summer in Edenvale, Ontario, and things just keep getting more exciting as we get closer and closer.

Tuesday morning, the upstart rock festival announced that Aerosmith will be joining the already packed lineup as the headliners of a newly added fourth day of rock and roll!

It’s a lot to add, and it’s truly massive. What was announced as a three-day fest, with 21 acts, has now become a four-day extravaganza with at least 25 acts on the bill. Those new adds, the previously mentioned legends Aerosmith, as well as Matthew Good, Theory Of A Deadman, and I Mother Earth.

Additions like this, when tickets have already been sold and fans are already excited can raise a lot of questions. So, let’s try to answer a few of them.

⚡ Yes, Roxodus Music Fest is now a four-day festival, scheduled for Thursday, July 11 to Sunday, July 14.

⚡ Yes, all three-day passes that have been purchased will now become four-day passes at no extra cost.

⚡ Bonus, ticket prices will remain at the original three-day price until Monday, April 15, 2019.

⚡ Yes, this is huge, we’ve just been handed four more bands, an extra day of singing, screaming, partying, and live, loud rock and roll.

Note: There’s a lot of buzz about this Aerosmith news, but let’s not sleep on Matthew Good, Theory Of A Deadman, and I Mother Earth. This is some quality Canadian rock with history, hits, fan favourites, and a lot of potential to put on a really great show!

We don’t know if there will be more names added to the Sunday lineup (we’re guessing there will be). We don’t know how loud the assembled mass of rock and roll fans will be when Aerosmith plays classic hits like Dream On, The Other Side, Livin’ On The Edge, and more (we’re guessing it will be extremely loud). But we do know that this is exciting and we can’t wait.
