5 Quick Questions with Young Party [’77 Montreal 2019 Preview]

In our next ’77 Montreal 5 Quick Question Preview series we’ve got Young Party.

Young Party are a Montreal pop-punk trio who have captured that classic ’90s pop punk sound. They consider it their mission to introduce today’s youth to punk rock.

What does that mean? Think MxPx, Sum 41, Good Charlotte. Think, fast, fun, catchy pop punk tunes.

Young party are Oliver Kult on guitar, Steven Blanchette on vocals and bass, with Guillaume Tanguay on drums. They’re delivering kid friendly lyrics with a punk backdrop. They’ve got a brand new single, She’s a Punk, and we expect that they’ll be turning up the energy to ten when they hit the stage at ’77.

We’d like to thank the guys for taking time out of their schedule to answer our questions.
