Song for Sam is something quite different from our friends at Goodnight, Sunrise.

The sound is not their usual buoyant fare. This tune is a solemn affair. Poignant and heartful, Song For Sam important.

Vanessa contacted us earlier this week wondering if we’d be interested in promoting Song For Sam. I immediately agreed. As we head into the shorter days of autumn and then winter, we may need a reminder that we’re not alone.

The struggle with depression isn’t always evident from the outside. It isn’t easy for many people to ask for help. Try to keep your “door” open and remember to follow up with people. Life can be very hard, and knowing you’re not alone, can help.

Answer those texts, pick up the phone, visit if they’re not responding. Your connection might make a difference.
