5 Quick Questions with Jess Moskaluke (Holiday Edition)

Jess Moskaluke has been on a heck of a run over the last few years. She’s won three Canadian Country Music Association Female Artist of the Year awards, Juno and CCMA Album of the Year awards, she has a #1 hit (Country Girls) and a Platinum plaque for Cheap Wine & Cigarettes. But the Saskatchewan songstress has also been known to dive headfirst into the Christmas spirit – and that’s why we’re here today with a special Holiday Edition of 5 Quick Questions.

In 2018, Jess Moskaluke released a 9-track Christmas album called A Small Town Christmas (listen to the stream at the bottom of the post) and she also teamed up with David James, Megan Nash, The Lovelocks, and Leaving Thomas for a live-streamed Christmas special (we’ve got that a little further down in the post too).

And while this year has been different and there won’t be a holiday concert at The Harbourfront Centre, we still wanted to catch up with her to find out what Christmas songs she loved as a kid, what drink she’s reaching for during the holidays, what her #1 dessert choice is, and more.

Hit play to check it out, and please forgive the doggy interruption – Blu needed out, and we totally get it!
