Rihanna is an all-caps STAR! The pop star has been giving us dance floor bangers and slow jams since her 2005 debut album, Music of the Sun. She’s got more hits and fan favourites than we can name off the top of our heads, and that’s why we’re here today.

To celebrate the music and career of Rihanna (so far) while we wait for new music, we went through the music to put together the Rihanna Top 10 – by the Numbers.

As always, we started with the ‘Popular’ list of songs on Spotify and their streaming numbers. From there we went to YouTube and grabbed the numbers from official music videos and audio clips from her account. We did the math (which included two videos that had more views on YouTube than combined Spotify and YouTube plays for two songs in the original list), ranked the totals, and ended up with a Top 10 list to share with you today.

Because this is a numbers-based list there are definitely songs that we love that didn’t make the cut. There’s no Shut Up And Drive or SOS… but it’s still a fantastic playlist. Hit play on your favourites, and leave a comment with your favourite Rihanna songs so we can go listen to those ones too!
