28 Days Later… Smoke Free With #BreakItOff

Hey y’all. It’s a milestone day… at least I’m calling it a milestone.

As of today I am smoke free for 28 days. That’s 4 full weeks. That’s about 16 packs not bought. That’s about 400 cigarettes dumped. That’s over $125 saved. That’s pretty awesome.

Again I want to thank everyone who has supported me as I’ve kicked the butts. Today Jason told me that I was doing it on my own. And while it’s true that my will power is a big factor here, I haven’t felt alone at all.

Also, thanks to the folks at #BreakItOff – their app was super helpful early in my journey and remains a destination for my check-ins and occasional ugly cravings.

Congrats go out to my friends who are also in their own quit quests – Rannie, Amanda & Reggy.

If you’re quitting, thinking about quitting, wishing you could quit or know someone who is talking about quitting remember this: it can be done!

Keep up the great work kids, you’re all aces in my books!
