Little Big Town is coming back to Canada in 2019 on the Breakers Tour, and we’re ready for them!

Along with Midland and Ashley McBryde, LBT will make 10 stops this winter, playing country music for crowds from Ontario to British Columbia on a tour filled with top talent.

We’ve been fans of Little Big Town for as long as we’ve known their outstanding harmonies. Boondocks was a breakout hit in 2005, but when Bring It On Home went Top 5 in 2006 and was smooth and sweet and proved to everyone that they were here to stay.

In the years since, Karen, Kimberly, Phillip, and Jimi have gone on to rack up eight Academy of Country Music Association awards, nine Country Music Association awards, and four Grammys among other accolades. They have toured and entertained thousands and thousands of country music fans. And they have peppered the charts with hits like Little White Church, Pontoon, Girl Crush, and Better Man. It’s no wonder we’re excited about the chance to see them headline their own tour in Canada.

The big bonus here is the quality of the openers on these 10 tour dates. Midland has been on fire since people first heard Drinkin’ Problem. We’ve seen them in back-to-back years at Boots & Hearts and watched as the crowds grew and the singing along got louder. And this summer during our interview, they told us that there’s a new album coming in March 2019. The Breakers Tour looks like it’s going to be a great chance to hear some of that new music live.

And, Ashley McBryde, what a talent this woman is!

She might not get the love from the mainstream that she deserves, but that hasn’t stopped her from growing an organic fanbase that supports the hell out of her music and is in love with her album, Girl Going Nowhere.

Yes, the Breakers Tour is still months away from crossing the border into Canada, but tickets go on full sale on Friday, October 12 – and you’re going to be kicking yourself this winter if you don’t grab them when you can.
