Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds will be premiering their new album, Ghosteen on October 3rd via multiple listening events and on YouTube.

The new album will be released the next day, October 4th digitally. A full vinyl and CD release of the LP will happen on November 8th, you can pre-order now -> here.

Ghosteen, which was first confirmed via a post by Cave on The Red Hand Files (the platform that connects Cave with his fans, allowing them to ask long-form questions), will premiere at 10PM GMT on YouTube and at a series of listening events that will take place around the world.

However, while there are no in-person Canadian options for the listening event, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds will be in Toronto on September 28th for his Conversations with Nick Cave Tour. This event, taking place at Convocation hall is sold out. Third party sellers are showing tickets available.

The record was recorded from 2018 into early 2019 at multiple locations including Brighton, Berlin, Los Angeles, and Malibu.

Ghosteen will be split into two parts, one featuring eight tracks and the other featuring two longer songs, and a spoken-word piece.
