Ten Freaking Years!
In the 10 years since I’ve graduated from high school I have:
Lived in 5 towns/cities (Port Hope, Newcastle, Peterborough, Ottawa, Toronto)
Worked as a barista, customer service dude, sales guy, writer, editor, tweeter, warehouse man, fast food jockey, and more.
Written most of a book that may never get finished because I’m not sure I love the story anymore
Blogged under a bunch of names on a bunch of sites for a bunch of projects both personal and professional
Been paid to do what I love most
Had 2 live-in relationships
Had my picture taken with Kevin Smith
Made mistakes
Fallen down
Got back up
Had a lot of fun
Made some great friends
Regained my sense of community
Been tattooed
Pierced an ear
Shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die
Gone wild with a love of karaoke
Taken a lot of public transit
Been all over the internets for fun
