Ready? Let’s Do This!

Artist: Florence + The Machine
Hometown: London, UK
Genre: Indie Rock/Pop

Song: Hunger
Notes: Fans of Florence + The Machine have two great reasons to be happy today… 1) Hunger is available and it is a fantastic song that reminds us of everything we love about F+TM. 2) The brand new album, High As Hope will be released on June 29, 2018! Artist: Dan + Shay
Hometown: Nashville, TN
Genre: Country
Related: Rascal Flatts, Maddie & Tae, Dylan Scott
Song: All To Myself
Notes: Dan + Shay are back with another song that fans are bound to embrace. All To Myself is another track that lays out the perfect things for a boy to say to a girl. The duo is only getting better as they grow into their career and songs like this one, we think it’s going to be a hit, are taking them to a new level.

Artist: Alexis Lynn
Hometown: Vancouver, BC
Genre: Pop / R&B
Related: Gabriela Geneva, Alicia Keys
Song: Promises
Notes: Promises is the debut single from Canadian singer-songwriter Alexis Lynn. The track blends pop and r&b, allowing her to show everyone what she’s working with. We heard the track live back in November at Indie Week when Alexis used it to close her showcase set and we’re excited to see it released to the world now.

Artist: The Dungarees
Hometown: Edmonton, AB
Genre: Country
Related: Nice Horse, The Washboard Union, Doc Walker
Song: Don’t Hold Back
Notes: Edmonton country music quintet, The Dungarees are back with a brand new single, and it’s a good time. Don’t Hold Back is fun and uptempo as a song, and it’s a hoot as a video. With guest starring appearances by Dan Davidson, Brandi Sidoryk (Nice Horse), and Clayton Bellamy (The Road Hammers, Black Mountain Whiskey Rebellion), the boys show off their lighter side and should endear themselves to country music fans.

P.S. The video was shot at Panther Gym in Edmonton where Mike Tyson actually fought and knocked out a few guys during training in the 90’s.

Artist: Celine Dion
Hometown: Charlemagne, QC
Genre: Pop
Related: Cher, Mariah Carey, Leona Lewis
Song: Ashes
Notes: Celine is back with her first English language single since 2016, and it’s a monster! Yes, the video is funny with Deadpool running around and dancing, but Ashes stands on its own as a power ballad that fits in the pantheon of hits Dion has graced us with over her career.

“Listen, this thing only goes to 11. So beat it, Spider-Man!”
