MONOWHALES Announce First Canadian Tour!
Toronto indie-pop darlings, MONOWHALES are getting ready to hit the road on their first Canadian tour, and it looks like they’re excited!
With 17 dates between October and December, the tour will take the band on a criss-cross path as far west as Victoria, BC and then back past home to Montreal, QC. Along the way, the Alternative Group of the Year winners at the Canadian Music Weekβs 19th Annual Independent Music Awards will play some great rooms in major markets. It’s a HUGE opportunity for these four energetic and enthusiastic musicians, and we are certain that they’re going to make the most of every single stop.
Sally, Zach, Jordan, and Holly have been fun to watch since we first got eyes on them. Theyβve worked on and released some jams, including their 6-song EP, Control Freak in June 2018. And since then they’ve also dropped Let It Go as a single, and most recently, another new single, RWLYD (Really Wanna Let You Down).

We expect that other bands will be added to shows as we get closer to the dates. But we do know that Calgary is going to host a great show at The Gateway Bar when X92.9 FM presents The Royal Foundry with MONOWHALES & Lost Cousins live on October 19th. Those three acts together are going to make for a fun night of music.
And if the rest of the tour goes along like that there are going to be some happy, satisfied, sweaty, energized fans in Winnipeg, Vancouver, Red Deer, Hamilton, and at all of the other MONOWHALES tour stops.
